Welcome to Camp Beausite Northwest
Camp Beausite NW is a place where everyone has the opportunity to be all they can be. We currently provide five week-long overnight summer camp sessions for adults and children with special needs. However, we are expanding our facility and program offerings to include week long, weekend, and day programs throughout the year. Be sure to follow our Facebook page for news and invitations to our next exciting program or event! We also rent the camp out to the public for lodging, workshops, retreats, and other types of gatherings.
Our camp is a magical getaway nestled within 55 acres of forest and meadowland overlooking Beausite Lake. This Olympic Peninsula camp offers a peaceful and serene environment sure to enchant campers, families, and lodge renters. Our camp, readily accessible by highway or ferry, is only twelve miles from the picturesque seaport of Port Townsend, Wa., 40 minutes from Bainbridge Island, and an hour drive from Port Angeles. No matter where you are journeying from, your loved ones are never too far away.
2018 Summer Camp Registration period will open January 14th.
Next Big Thing: Mid-Winter Mini Camp Jan 19-21, 2018 and Night To Shine community prom February 9th
Note from the Executive Director:
Such exciting times for Camp Beausite!!! This July we opened our new commercial kitchen for the start of camp. And, we are currently in the process of developing plans for the construction of two bunkhouses, which can house up to 40 people. With the completion of these structures in 2017, we will fulfill our 25-year dream of providing brick and mortar lodging that will allow us to provide services year round. As we expand our facilities, we are also expanding our programs to provide more services to meet the needs of a variety of populations with special needs. Keep tuning in to see the new programs as we roll them out.

Note from the Board President:
Camp Beausite has been providing wonderful and meaningful experiences for adults and children with special needs for over 20 years. A devoted cadre of staff and volunteers have made this possible.
We are now in a five year program of major physical improvements. These improvements are making year round programs at the camp possible. And, being able to be a year round facility allows us to add programs to our already successful summer activities.
More than ever we will rely on and need to expand our volunteer base. It's a very exciting time at Camp Beausite NW!
