Nothing makes me more happy than being at camp! The campers are always excited for everything we do – which makes my job so easy. They are so much fun and the humor they bring to every task and activity makes each moment even better than the last. As a staff member the friendships that I have developed feel like they will last a lifetime. The snacks, food, and facilities are great too! It is really nice to work hard, play hard, and do it surrounded by awesome people.

The Weekend Warriors!

Camp could not function without our weekend warriors. CBNW is always looking to hire fantastic individuals for our weekend programs. We run a total of 8 weekend programs each year — four in the spring and four in the fall & winter. These programs run from Friday at 6:00 PM – Sunday at 3:00 PM. Being an awesome staffer on the weekends means providing companionship and supervision to campers, assisting with activities of daily living, and facilitating memorable adventures.

SUMMER STAFF

The Camper Captains!

CBNW Counselors have the honor of working alongside our campers. Companionship, community, and togetherness are the reasons our campers (and staff!) continue to return year after year. You may be a dance partner, a hiking buddy, a crafting companion …  the list goes on!

Counselors are responsible for camper care which can include dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility needs. Some campers require extensive assistance, some may require nothing more than verbal prompting. We at CBNW do our best to ensure all staff are comfortable with camper responsibilities. No experience necessary, training provided. 16 & 17 encouraged to apply.
