Nothing makes me more happy than being at camp! The campers are always excited for everything we do – which makes my job so easy. They are so much fun and the humor they bring to every task and activity makes each moment even better than the last. As a staff member the friendships that I have developed feel like they will last a lifetime. The snacks, food, and facilities are great too! It is really nice to work hard, play hard, and do it surrounded by awesome people.

WEEKEND STAFF

The Weekend Warriors!

Camp could not function without our weekend warriors. CBNW is always looking to hire fantastic individuals for our weekend programs. We run a total of 8 weekend programs each year and have a pilot day camp program for 2022 that will need a few Saturday-only warriors. These programs run from Friday at 4pm through Sunday at 5pm (although we usually get done earlier). Being an awesome staffer on the weekends means providing companionship and supervision to campers, assisting with activities of daily living, and facilitating memorable adventures.

Check out the job description linked above and feel free to reach out to our hiring director M Adrian madrian@campbeausitenw.org for any questions or additional information.

SUMMER STAFF

The Camper Captains!

CBNW Counselors have the honor of working alongside our campers. Companionship, community, and togetherness are the reasons our campers (and staff!) continue to return year after year. You may be a dance partner, a hiking buddy, a crafting companion …  the list goes on!

Counselors are responsible for camper care which can include dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility needs. Some campers require extensive assistance, some may require nothing more than verbal prompting. We at CBNW do our best to ensure all staff are comfortable with camper responsibilities. No experience necessary, training provided. 16 & 17 encouraged to apply.

Check out the job description linked above and feel free to reach out to our hiring director M Adrian madrian@campbeausitenw.org for any questions or additional information.

NURSING STAFF

The Medicine Marvels!

Join the CBNW Family! Our nursing staff are a huge part of the team and help ensure the care of our campers and the proper administration of medications. These positions are overnight or commute if you are local, and we are hopeful that you will come join us for a jam-packed weekend or week of awesome campers and a ton of fun! We offer private housing, great meals, memory foam mattresses, and an incredible adventure! Come help us care for our campers and staff! You will not regret it.

Weekend Camps run from Friday afternoon at 4pm to Sunday at 5pm. Pay starts at $300 per session.
Summer Camps run from Monday at 11am to Saturday at 11am. Pay starts at $800 per session.

Must have valid RN license in the state of Washington.

If you are interested in working for camp as a nurse, please contact M Adrian for more details and application process. 360-732-7222 or via e-mail madrian@campbeausitenw.org.

FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR

The Magic Meal Maker!

We couldn’t have camp without food! The CBNW Food Service director fills our world with delicious & nutritious meals each day of camp. The food director should have the comfort and ability to create for all dietary needs and 60-person service buffet or family style (COVID depending). Knowledge of food ordering, menu creation, and a kind and happy attitude towards a random staff member in your kitchen wins the day!  With a beautiful commercial kitchen and the best campers around – what could be better? Join our team for an incredibly rewarding experience. Pay DOE, housing may be available for summer.
