WELCOME TO CAMP BEAUSITE RETREAT CENTER!
Beautiful Camp Beausite is ideal for weddings, conferences, retreats, workshops, events, reunions and more …
Surrounded on all sides by forest – but not far from more civilized areas – this location is a great escape from the busy everyday world. The camp is readily accessible by highway or ferry and is only twelve miles from the picturesque seaport of Port Townsend, WA, 40 minutes from Bainbridge Island, and an hour drive from Port Angeles.
The camp boasts five acres of open maintained lawn so there’s plenty of room to stretch one’s legs. There are walking trails to explore that connect to the county trail system and onsite is our new walking labyrinth. Twenty picnic tables and a covered outdoor space allow outside dining even if the weather isn’t cooperating. At night, a favorite activity is gathering around the campfire and gazing at the stars without the distraction of city lights.
Over the years, we have continued to develop this property and we are now able to offer this space to the public at amazingly affordable rates. We hope to see you in the near future!

The Edmondson Lodge
The newly remodeled two-story lodge is 6,200 square feet of space with lots of windows overlooking the lake, a 55″ flat screen TV, and an inviting floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace to cozy up to. Upstairs is the Great Room, a large meeting area for up to 59 people and, for smaller gatherings, a meeting area downstairs accommodates up to 20 people. Tables and chairs are everywhere so seating is readily available and our staff will set up your meeting space prior to your arrival. There are four bathrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, to easily accommodate large groups of people. Two twin beds, with memory foam mattresses, side tables and lamps, are located in 5 bedrooms allowing 10 people to sleep in the lodge.
The kitchen is located on the upper floor of the lodge off the Great Room (main meeting area). The newly remodeled commercial kitchen is equipped with a side-by-side freezer, refrigerators, stove, convection oven, dishwasher and sanitizing sink. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with utensils, trays, cookware, cups, bowls, and coffee pots, and there’s ample space available in the cupboards for nonperishable food storage.
The Bunkhouses / Bathhouse
The two bunkhouses sit side-by-side at the top of the slope overlooking the lake. Each bunkhouse has two wings, separated by a private restroom in between them. There are 10 twin beds in each wing with memory foam mattresses, side tables and lamps, and each wing features its own gas fireplace. In all, the bunkhouses have a total of 40 beds. The bathhouse is located a short distance away from the bunkhouses with private showers and toilets in a shared gym-style bathroom, and laundry facilities are located on the backside of the building.
