REGISTER FOR CAMP

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Our registration system is computer, tablet, and mobile-friendly and will allow you to create an account in the system. You will be able to pay online with a credit card or pop a check in the mail. Additionally, if you have multiple campers to register from one home or household, you will be able to create camper profiles within your account that are easily managed.

We are very excited about the capabilities of our new software program and it will help us manage our registrations, health forms, and payment arrangements seamlessly. As always, new systems take a little while to learn. Please contact us if you are having any challenges navigating the new system powered by CampSite Management.

While the CBNW Team works tirelessly to provide the camp experience for all, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment of any applicant, for any reason.

BASIC COVID-19 POLICIES FOR 2023
  • 80% of all staff and volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated – this is a state mandate as we are a registered vendor for DSHS.
  • CBNW will be ensuring that we have a minimum of 80% vaccinated at all times onsite at CBNW — this is in anticipation of state regulations that are likely going to apply to overnight camps.
  • We highly encourage all campers to be vaccinated upon arrival. If your camper isn’t vaccinated, they must quarantine for 72 hours prior to arrival along with proof rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of arrival.
  • We request that all campers and families read through the COVID-19 Policies page, as well as the COVID-19 Handbook. We want you to be completely informed before deciding to register.
  • ANY OF THESE POLICIES AND PRACTICES CAN CHANGE – based on federal, state, and local mandates. Please be understanding in all of this – as much of these decisions are out of our hands.

As always, paper forms are available for your registration needs. You are welcome to contact us and we will send them to you in the mail or via e-mail – (360) 732-7222 or info@campbeausitenw.org.

Camperships

Does your camper need some assistance paying for camp? CBNW does everything in our power to ensure that anyone who wants to come to camp, CAN! Most camperships require a minimum of $50 contribution towards your camp experience. The award per camper is based on need and circumstance. Camperships are awarded on a case-by-case basis. IN order for us to process your campership application, we also need you to submit your campers registration forms. This helps us ensure that we have the staff and care available based on your campers needs for the program that you are applying for funding for. Thank you!

Please fill out the online Campership Application or call (360) 732-7222 for more information.
